On May 4, 2018, in order to commerate the 99th Anniversary of the May 4th Movement, the “New Times, New Ideas, New Youth, and New Growth” youth learning speech selection activities and 2017 Qixia District “Advanced Youth League Organization” and “Advanced League members" and "Advanced League Cadres" award ceremony was held in Qixia District Party Committee Party School.
